We chose this delivery mechanism after working a decade on mobile apps, Alexa, Siri, and other smart devices. Everybody knows how to text or make a phone call, it takes an advanced user to set up Alexa Skill or Siri shortcut.
Agent Discovery: Share the phone number, HostBuddy made for you on Google My Business, facebook and instagram pages, for the consumers to find and interact via text or phone call.
On-premise flier: Download the flier from our website to indicate your fast casual offers text to order for consumers who are in a hurry, need not wait-in-line to order with cashiers..

How does Customer Order Food/Drink:

Our service is designed to streamline the menu discovery and ordering process, unlike popular chatbots which often engage in small talk. Our focus is on efficiency and accuracy in taking orders, providing recommendations, and customizing menu items as per customer requests.

Typical Ordering Conversation:

Customers usually order by specifying the size, item name, and any modifiers (add-ons or customizations). For example:

  • "One cheeseburger with mushrooms and onions."
  • "One Medium Green Tea with no sugar, please."
  • What do you have today? (This is the Favorites/category you have configured on HostBuddy dashboard, if it’s not specified or not able to configure Square dashboard.

For recommendations or inquiries about menu items, customers can simply ask

  • "Can you recommend a drink?"
  • "What is an Acai bowl?"

If certain information is not readily available in your item library, we actively source it online instead of stating it's unavailable, thereby ensuring the conversation remains helpful and informative.
Location-Specific availability, pricing:
All menu items, their availability, and pricing are specific to each location. Each location is identified by a unique phone number. For larger enterprises, they request branded number like 1-800-SWEET-GRN, as an upgrade.

How to cancel Order

Simply send "Cancel Order" to the Agent. If you have accidently unsubscribed from our Agent, respond by "start" its not case sensitive.
